11. When do we respond to your requests?
FBD always responds to your requests free of charge without delay, and in any case within (1) one month of receiving your request. However, if your request is complex or there are a large number of your requests, it will inform you within the month if it needs to obtain an extension of another (2) two months, within which it will respond to you.

If your requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular due to their repetitive nature, FBD may impose the payment of a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or carrying out the requested action, or refuse to act on the request, giving reasons for the response to you.

In case you do not receive a response within the above-mentioned deadline or the response you received was not satisfactory or your issue has not been resolved, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Authority ("www.dpa.gr").
